Hatha yoga is a much slower practice - holding static poses (asanas) and breath work (pranayama).
I like to invite everyone to have this open inquiry, this awareness without placing any judgement on how our bodies are feeling in that very moment; both our physical, mental and emotional body. Holding steady in asanas and finding this inner strength/stability (sthira) and softness/relaxed (sukha) and working to bring back this balance to our bodies. With a strong sense of connecting to our breath and remaining present in our practice we help to bring inner peace and renew ourselves on a deep level.
The practice is sealed with a beautiful relaxation.
