Yin/Yang is a concept of complementary, opposing forces. 

We begin with a vinyasa style 'Yang' practice to strengthen muscles and build stamina. Class progresses to 'Yin' long held stretches that focus on the connective tissue and joints. A lovely balance of dynamic energy and calming meditative movement to lead into the weekend.

Yin/Yang is suitable for all levels.
