This class is a perfect introduction to yoga or a refresher of the basics. Different styles of yoga, breathing and relaxation are offered to build confidence in a supportive space.

You are always free to modify the practice to suit your needs (and any injuries or conditions) – please let your teacher know if you need assistance.

Our beginners yoga classes are a safe place to explore yoga and get to know how it feels to practice. You may decide to move on to other classes quite quickly or choose to stay with beginners classes for many months (or years!). You'll find all kinds of people in class - come as you are.
