Mums and Bubs Yoga

Bring along your little one and take time to unwind and connect in a welcoming environment with other Mums.
A class designed to nurture and empower with subtle strengthening movement to assist with birth recovery, stretches to release the upper body and relaxation to calm the tired mind. Expect bonding and body awareness, techniques to share with bub and partner poses to build your strength and delight your little one.
Suitable for bubs from 10 weeks to crawling. Format is flexible to allow for feeding and settling as your little one needs.
For your first class please arrive early to meet the teacher, discuss your needs, your intentions for the class and fill out a health form.
