A caring and compassionate environment that inspires you to reconnect to your inner peace. The classes focus on meditations from all over the world, that help to ground the body, mind and soul.
The class begins with a gentle warm up involving yoga stretches and body relaxation. The classes are structured around a ‘topic’. Each topic changing every five weeks. Each week one new ‘guided meditation’ is introduced finished by a second ‘core focus’ meditation. After each practise the class welcomes open discussion of personal experience or discoveries at participants own will. Meditations run for ten to fifteen minutes at a time.
You are encouraged to bring whatever makes you feel as comfortable as possible. Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks and chairs are available for use.
Suitable for beginners to intermediate.
