This gentle class is an introduction to yoga, or refresher of the basics, with variations to support our diverse bodies.   

Different styles of yoga, breathing, and relaxation are offered to build confidence in a supportive space.

Please purchase a pass online prior to coming to class. If you prefer to pay at the studio then that's absolutely fine however please bring cash if possible (we have card facilities if necessary).
