A well rounded class perfect for beginners and students who wish to practice yoga in a really safe way during their 2nd and 3rd Trimester (if you are in your 1st Trimester please contact us before attending).
Classes will focus on a different part of the body or theme each week. A good blend of restorative and empowering postures, expect plenty of flowing breath and pelvic floor work, visualisation, meditation and releasing to open up. The intention for this class is to aid you to be in the best possible shape for birth and beyond both physically and emotionally.
For your first class please arrive early to meet the teacher, discuss your pregnancy, your intentions for the class and fill out a health form.
