This class will introduce you to the foundations of yoga in the form of Vinyasa Krama, which means a step by step progression of postures.

Students will learn breath development (pranayama), body awareness, meditation techniques and physical practice and postures (asana). Over time your yoga practice will grow in a safe and effective way.


Please purchase a pass online prior to coming to class. If you prefer to pay at the studio then that's absolutely fine however please bring cash if possible (we have card facilities if necessary).
